Troon North is an 1,800-acre masterplanned community that is located in the high Sonoran Desert, next to a 185-acre mountain preserve. The setting offers serene, breathtaking views that offers a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city. The community is east of Pima and borders Dynamite Blvd on both the north and south side. Troon North real estate offers a variety of housing options, ranging from condominiums/town homes, single family homes, semi-custom and custom homes. There are homes available in a variety of sizes that offer, mountain and golf views in gated, guard gated, and non gated communities.

Things to do: Troon North is in a great location to enjoy the outdoors. Within the community is the 4-acre Troon North Community Park, which offers basketball courts, tennis courts, ramadas and a a turfed play area. The park is walking distance from many of the homes and is connected to Troon’s network of bike paths and trail easements. Cavalliere Park also provides a place to play with your kids with shaded playgrounds, basketball courts and artificial turf. Many people enjoy hiking at Pinnacle Peak, which offers a moderate hike of 1.75 miles one way. You can also enjoy hiking, biking, and riding horses on the trails of Brown’s Ranch. If you enjoy golfing, Troon Country Club offers two beautifully manicured 18-hole courses and clubhouse. There are plenty of other golf courses around the area as well, like Estancia and Desert Highlands, just to name a few.

There are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers in and around Troon North real estate. The shops and restaurants at the popular Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and Desert Marketplace are only approximately 20 min away. The Loop 101 freeway is easily accessible and the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 40 min away.

Schools: The area is part of Cave Creek School District and children attend Desert Sun Academy, Sonoran Trails Middle School and Cactus Shadows High School.
